Desk no longer moves / Error code on display

Don't panic – in most cases, a simple reset is all that's needed. Press and hold the down / minus button until the display shows "RST". Release the button. Press and hold the down / minus button again. The desk will then lower itself a little further automatically, then rise again. Please first make sure that everything is set up correctly – see above under "LeetDesk Aura connection problems". If this didn't help, perform a reset of the Aura controller (the box with the antenna) as follows: Make sure your Aura is connected to your Wi-Fi network. You'll know this because the light on the controller is green. On your device (computer or smartphone on the same Wi-Fi network as the Aura), open this address in your browser: http://wled-aura/ldxFR * Be sure to use "http" and not "https". *If you have changed the Aura endpoint to a specific address, enter the corresponding IP address: http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ldxFR The controller's firmware has now been reflashed. Now, in your LeetDesk app, you need to start the pairing process again. For this, see the setup video. Still not working? Please contact us at support@leetdesk.com – first, we'll replace the control box; if that doesn't solve it, we'll replace the LED strip.
