Please check first if the current delivery time has already passed. You can find this under "What is the approximate delivery time?".  The indicated delivery time has elapsed or there are missing parts of your order? Then please contact us via support@leetdesk.com. Please have your order number ready.

Where is my order?

The average delivery time is 24 days. In the best case it is 18, in the worst case 40 days.

All LeetDesks are highly customizable, which is why we can't have every variation in stock. That's why every LeetDesk you buy is made just for you - and that takes a little longer 🙂 

What is the approximate delivery time?

It may happen that parts of the desk and add-ons are shipped separately and arrive at different times or days depending on the whim of the parcel service. Unforunately this is beyond our control. 

Once the products are shipped, you will either be given one or more tracking numbers to follow up, or be contacted by the shipping company via a phone call.

How to cancle my order?

Delivery by the shipping company is "free to kerbside". Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Please allow a time buffer on the agreed delivery day to allow for any delays by the carrier.

"Free to kerbside" means that once the delivery has been unloaded, the delivery is complete and the carrier is not obliged to take the delivery to the point of use. However, in most cases, the hauliers are kind enough to bring it to the point of use if you ask them nicely and kindly. However, please be aware that they are not obliged to do so. So please make sure that you have enough strong helping hands to carry the delivery inside on the day of delivery.

The LeetDesk is available in two different colors: black (LeetDesk Dark) and white (LeetDesk Light).

Ghost Touch is a special coating on the tabletop that makes the surface resistant to fingerprints and less prone to scratching.

Are all LeetDesk models height-adjustable?

Assembly takes between 30-60 minutes and can be handled by anyone who has ever assembled furniture from Sweden. 

However, it may be helpful to have a second person at hand when turning the table over.

How difficult is the assembly?

Where can I find the assembly instructions?

We recommend using a power drill for quick assembly. However, if this is not available to you, a normal screwdriver is also sufficient.

Which tools are needed for the assembly?

Can I test out the LeetDesk somewhere live?

LeetDesk

Yes, all add-ons are specifically designed and customized for the LeetDesk.

Are all add-ons compatible with the LeetDesk?

However, before you add 3 monitor arms to your cart, we recommend you rather choose our Triple Monitor Arm.

Can multiple monitor mounts be attached to the LeetDesk?

The maximum span per arm is 75 cm. This span supports e.g. a 32 inch monitor in the middle and two 27 inch monitors on the outside.

What is the span of the triple monitor arm?

Yes - that's not a problem! However, it's much less effort to attach the add-ons when you first set up the desk. Since the desk is still upside down when you assemble it.

Can I buy the add-ons later on and attach them?

The PC holder can handle a load of up to 20kg (44lbs). For more detailed specifications, take a look here.

How much KG (lbs) can the PC Holder hold?

No, it is enough to buy one cable tray. You get one half for both sides. The halves are attached left and right while the middle is kept free to provide space for the monitor arm for example.

Do I have to buy two cable management trays?

No, our cable management rails come in 2 halves. You only need to buy one rail to recieve both halfs of it.

Do I have to buy 2x Cable Management Rail to have them on both sides of my desk?

How to attach the monitor arms to my LeetDesk?

Add-Ons

Press the 'down' button once for approx. 5 seconds until the display shows 'RST'. 

Press and hold the 'down' button again. the table will automatically move down a bit, then up again. 

My desk no longer moves / an error code is displayed
